More than 90 exhibitors, 200 talks and the participation of hospital centers and health companies in the sector have shaped the first edition of Healthio, an event defined as the first trade fair meeting specialized in health innovations.

Healthio has presented solutions and innovations to promote patient empowerment in an unpublished format, characterized by a series of thematic itineraries, including one of mental health.

Dr. Jordi Serrano-Pons, scientific director of Healthio, said that "with the passage of time, society has more capacity for influence and decision in the various stages of life and in the field of health has become a trend growing in recent years. " Serrano-Pons has added that "this fact causes the health system to be obliged to respond to this situation."

The Cluster Mental Health Catalonia, present at stand A29, has participated in Healthio and has become one of the most important points of the mental health itinerary. Lluis Capdevila, a researcher at CORE Mental Health UAB, stressed that "being part of the Cluster has helped the company establish contacts and create synergies. It is a gateway to the sector."

Daniel Roca, vice president of the Cluster Mental Health Catalonia and member of Otsuka Pharmaceutical, has described the experience as positive: "It is beneficial for all. It has allowed us to see in a holistic way everything that moves in the mental health and health sectors. new technologies ".

Salud Gonzalez, Councilor for Community Health and Social Services of the City Council of Sant Boi de Llobregat, has highlighted the intervention of the CSMC at the Healthio Fair: "It is a fact that helps put the Cluster, mental health and the city of the city on the map.
